Pymta River Fishing
Pymta
River Fishing Join us for some autumn fly fishing and spinning on the beautiful Pymta River. The Pymta flows into the Sea of Okhotsk from its source in the mountains of the Central Kamchatka Mountain Range. This river offers terrific rainbow and char fishing as well as the chance to catch and release a lovely silver salmon. We offer this rafting trip for those who don’t mind the colder temperatures of Kamchatka’s fall season. On this trip, you’ll likely camp 2 nights in one spot before rafting downriver.
Itinerary Day 1 Arrival in Kamchatka and check into your B and B. Check your gear and get ready for the next day’s helicopter flight to the river. If weather conditions permit, we may fly directly to the river this day. Day 2-9 Fish the Pymta River. Fly back to Yelizovo on day 10. Overnight in B and B. Day 10 Reserve or city tour day. Day 11 Departure. Prior to departure visit a charming Russian dacha or country house for lunch.
